Did multiple 1 minute efforts at Ault Park. Started around the pavilion but too many people so I used the hill on Observatory. Power was actually better on the hill anyway with close to 500 watts avg.

Hill Repeats

Useed Heekin Avenue from Eastern to the light post at the end of the flat section by the park playground for 6 x 4 minutes between 330 and 350. I’m usually around 370-390 but after yesterdays indoor 10k and then a century, I was little tired.

Last Indoor 10k

Pretty average time at 14:51 and power at 363. Limited sleep last night with the time change and late Xavier game so didn’t get to bed until 12:30, up at 6:30. Glad to see cadence at 100 and power pretty even for the first and second half. Pushed 380 for that last two minutes.
