January 30 2026 Intervals

Afetr a warmup I did 5 efforts on a 1.86 mile Rouvy course. Power averaged from 328 to 344w. Efforts each took about 4:30-4:40. I took 2 minutes between each. Chart shows that I could have worked harder. HR was into the low 170’s by the end of each.

January 16 2026 Intervals

After a pretty light week due to some illness and a long 12 mile hike yesterday, I did 30 seconds on and off X 25 today. Average power was 417 for all 25, 425 for the last 15 and 430 for the last 10. Best I have felt in a couple of weeks.
