I was scheduled for 4×12 minutes but did 15, 18, 10 and 5 with 3 minutes between each other than the 10 and 5 with just 2….didn;t want that break but had to answer an email and could do it at 315-320 watts. 318, 320, 315 and 313 were the average power readings.
