Yesterday I did 1×20 at 310 and today 3×6 at 320, so some steady state efforts with tomorrow off for travel to Augusta. I’ll ride the course on Wednesday and race on Thursday and ideally head to macon, GA on Friday to see The Big House where the Allman Brothers lived, then its on to Birmingham.
