Nothing to spectacular here. Rode solo at 5:30 and did a 22:48 at 330 watts. I did hold 340+ for the first 5 and then kind of let off the accelerator for the second half. I think the big miles in Michigan and the two 20 minute efforts over the weekend causes some fatigue. Overall,
