did a nice 8 mile hike on Deep Creek Trail to campsite 53 and back, 8 miles; took about 3:15
did a later afternoon ride before the storms hit and threw in 1x5k on an uphill road headed to Fighting Creek Gap and Elkmont; took 8:30 to cover the 3 miles but power was very good at 389 avg; wont need that much time next week in MI to do 5k
