Rode this morning on a 12.5 mile Rouvy course, two laps, First one was with my Mile high Training system set to 10,000′ and the second was at 230 watts. Later this afternoon, I used the Wisconsin senior 5k and 10k courses with two warmup laps on the 5k, one lap at 340, and then a cool down. I then went right into the 10 at 330w.  Getting ready for the Florida 5k and 10k in a little under two weeks.
