Its been a busy week. I did some endurance miles on Monday, taught an hour strength class that day and today, have spent 7 hours clearing honeysuckle so far this week, rode moreendurance yesterday and did intervals today. Actually today started with a 12 mile Rouvy course. I spent 10 minutes at 290 and 20 at 270. Averaged about 250 overall. Took a few minutes easy and then did 1 mile at 420w, followed by 1k at 440w and then another at 410w. Been struggling to get my sustained power at 300-320 for 10-20 minutes back. Just before Christmas, outside, I held 337w for 22:00. had covid around New Years so that didn’t help. I have shed about 5 lbs so I’m a steady 165lb, 8-9% body fat.
