Did 5 trips up Heekin with the goal being 380-400. Fell off on the last couple but overall a big week with a couple of days doing the 5k’s out of Batavia and also some indoor intervals. And about 16 hours working on the trails at Ault Park. As for Strava, the 3:00 time up Heekin is an all time best for the 55+ bracket.
