
Finally got back outside on Friday for some slightly longer efforts. Had good power given the times and took my HR up to the upper 160’s. Set 4 KoM’s in the process but oen I already had, just rode it faster.
5:20 at 332, 38s at 623, 9:03 at 321, and 7:23 at 300
Today, given more rain, I did 7×2 minutes with 1 off at 360w avg inside, hitting around 167 bpm on the HR.
Still discomfort in the ankle with some swelling. No pain unless I roll to the outside or dorsiflexion. This is going to be a slow healing process.
