Same as yesterday, inside on the Stages SC3. Yesterdays two sets of ten averaged 556 and 546 while today the two sets averaged 551 and 577. That last block of ten I finally stood for about the first 7-8 seconds to ramp up the power.

Power goals were 10 minutes at 33 followed immediately by 2 minutes at 433. I was right there on the 10 minutes but fell short of the 433. I was closer to 410-415. Just couldn’t find that power after 10 minutes at 330+.
