I’ve attached the dFRC charts for the 1.6 mile time trials and then todays 10×1 minutge on/off. I was definitly riding out to max power on each. I was in time trial position on all efforts so power is a little bit lower than I would hold on my road bike.

I did some 12 minute efforts outside in the Fayetteville area on my time trial bike on Tuesday. Power was ok, 290-310. I did the 30-45-60-90-60-45-30 power efforts today, 4 minutes between. Power was from 420w to 540w. Also did an 11 mile Rouvy race on monday at 310 and a 7 mile yesterday at
