Used a 4 minute climb and rode it 7 times with power between 361 and 385 on each.
Did the 2×8 minute field test today and held 381 and 379 on the watts which is about 10 watts better than I did this past winter.

Spent two hours yesterday chasing avg of 300w but ended up at 295. Hammered most of the hills and coasted downhill, those all being short efforts of 15-30 seconds. Pretty tired as expected and show on the form.

Did some under overs 3-2-3-2-3-2-3-2 and 4-2-4-2-4-2 and then some 5-9 minute time trial pace efforts.
Did some under overs (4 minutes under, 1 over, 30 minutes non-stop) at 280+/- and 330+/-. Then did a 1.2 mile all out (404w) and 1.88 mile (360).
