Have ridden 183 miles since Tuesday evening including 40 here in Traverse City today. Went up and back on the Old Mission Peninsula with two 7 minute intervals bookending a series of 1 minute efforts. The 7 minutes were around 300-310 and the one minute efforts built from 370 to 430 in 20+watt jumps on each. The rest of the ride was a good high-end endurance pace.
