Great ride on the Old Mission Peninsula. I rode my Cervelo P2 (also rode it on yesterdays recovery ride) and did a number of intervals: 3×1 minute at 334, 352 and 350; 3×2 minutes at 348, 354, 357; 2×3 minutes at 350 and 356; 3×1 at 380, 396, 402; 1:30 at 355; 6 minutes at 298; 21:30 at 276′ NP for entire ride at 262
