I threw in some random intervals just for fun. 13:30 (first two…7 seconds for a stop sign separates them) at 338, 30 seconds at 464, 572 and 524, 3 min at 375, 5 min at 325 and 5 min at 302. I used the road ahead to determine some of the times. Had some nice rollers, a few flat stretches and some short climbs.
