Lots of riding and hiking the last two weeks. Went to GSMNP last weekend and did about 100 miles on the bike and about 20+ on the trails. Picked upa a few more segment KoM’s on Strava while there. Did century #17 today. This week I picked up a couple of segment KoM’s around Btavia and also did a few runs o nthe Devou Park Hill Climb Challenge. My best is 3:51, an age group record and top ten all time.
Tomorrow will be an off day. Will do the Blue Streak this week on Tuesday.
