Tuesday intervals

I used two laps the Rouvy North Applegate for these 3-3-3-3 minute at 200-250-280-300 and then 3-1-1 at 280-300/340+/200 X 3 on each lap. Also ended with about a minute at 400 watts to finish the second lap.

Its been a long time between posts. I’ve been riding a lot. If you’re on STRAVA, look me up. I’ve been using local segments in Cincinnati and around Gatlinburg for some nice training intervals. Blue Treak and TN ride

Hada mediocre ride at the Blue Streak last night. Power was ok at 320-325. 26.5 mph, 22:40.  Rode in TN late this afternoon and picked up 5 more KoM’s on Strava with a several 1 mile efforts with some nice climbs.
