Rode the 5k really well. Power avg on the Wahoo was 378. It doesn’t count the two turns swhere power drops to zero for a few seconds. I was only 2 seconds off my PR from 2023. The 10k was in some heavy showers. Took the turns very cautiously. And, I’m just not pushing hard

Rode a pretty mundane Cleves TT at 23:43. Windy and not very hot so a slow night. Also tired from the weekend 113 miles, the FTP on Friday and lifting on Monday. Inervals today were 45 sec on, 15 sec off x 15 at 393w avg. Then did 5:00 at 343w. Getting ready for the

I did a 20:00 FTP test yesterday. Averaged 342w on the bike computer but had a few turns where power drops out so the Strava average was 323w. TrainingPeaks calculated FTP at 315w so we’ll go with that. Not too far off 320w which was pretty much my one hour power for many years. Rode

Thought I’d better post this just so that someday I can look back to see that I was top ten at one time in the 50+ year old event. I never held the fastest time but I do believe I was second back in 2009. That was a long time ago! I think I have

Average was 444w. Would have done 12 but the park was crowded with high school seniors getting ready for their last day and local grade schools having picnics.

Did 45sec on 15 sec off X 20 at 360w avg

Under some very windy and crowded road conditions I rode two pretty good time trials in Greeneville last week. Held 344w for the 5k and 310w for the 10k. Certainly lost some power in the 25-30mph crosswinds and the turns. Good enough for two golds. Rode the Blue Streak last night in 22:15, 310w. I

one warm-up lap and then 10×1 minute on and 20 seconds off on the canoe access road with an average of 356 W. Then one lap easy. Then one lap at 356 W, four minutes and 29 seconds. Then one lap with a few one minute efforts in it at 320 to 330 W then

Did one warmup lap and then 3x lap on and off at 330, 340, 350 and then a few 30s and 1 min on the cool down lap.

Windy night at the Blue Streak last week. Good power over the ten miles at 312w but a slow time. Set a 3.45 mile PR on the wind assisted stretch (29.7mph) but the into the wind start and finish were tough. I’ve been riding a lot of 1-10 minute efforts at 330-350w with minimal time
