Busy ten days. Rode a couple of hundred miles in Norther MI, all endurance. Came back and did a couple of days in Cincinnati with some light intervals on Monday the 17th (not shown, all around 300-320). Then went to TN where I rode on Wednesday afternoon, hiked 15 on Thursday (3900′ down and then back up), drove home on Friday, rode about 40 in the afternoon and then dod 100 today with an hour on a local road doing 30-40sec on, 10-20 sec off, at 440w avg. So, about 400 miles in ten days. Taking some time off next week. Long overdue.
