I took advantage of the nice weather (42 when I left, 60 by noon) and did my 104 mile route. I was feeling pretty energized so I was pushing some good power. I ended up at 245 average. That is probably one of my strongest centuries of 2019. The first few hours were fine but I was struggling a little bit over the last 90 minutes.
