Not a fast night with desinity altitude at 1280, wind from the east and cool temps. Rode a 23:08, 325 watts. Ok effort given the evening, and riding solo at 5:30. 

We had rain for the warmup, light drizzle for the 5k and a steady rain for the 10k. Really nice courses and they would be really fast in dry conditions. Rode about 6:34 and 13:43 respectively according to my Gramin with power at 378 and 340. Too many turns on the 10k to get the

These were a serioues of build efforts and then 330-350 watt efforts in preparation for Sundays 5k and 10k time trials in Evansville, IN. 

Had a good ride tonight with a 22:09, 337 watts. Not a fast night with density altitude at 1400′ but pleased with the power. 

From Gatlinburg to the top the gain is just about 5000′ Depending where you start it will be 23 or so miles each way (thats the town/park border distance;  Sugarlands Visitor Center would be around 21 miles;  where are you staying? ) Average grade is 4.6%, max is 8%, and not for long on that

Rode to Clingmans Dome and added in Roaring Fork at the end for close to 60 miles and 7300′ of climbing

Rode the true individual time trial by going solo at 5:30. Averaged 331 watts for an even 23 minute time. Cadence at 95. Overall, felt fine, and faster by about 20 seconds than my first ride in 2018. Not a fast night with density altitude at just 1450. 

A little cool (upper 50’s to low 60’s) and cloudy with some drizzle but did get outside to do these. Started on Kugler Mill just off thge bike trail for each and went to the stop sign at Given in just about 7 minutes on each. Power was 346, 349, 362 and 350. 

Just 5 of these, 3 min off, but pushed ethem into the upper 300’s as opposed to the lower to mid. 

Weather was a littlke too unpredictable with some light rain near 3600′ to go all the way to Clingmans. Did some smaller climbs around town.
