I did this inside early in the morning since I have a wedding to attend at 10:30 and then my band is the opening act for Blessid Union of Souls at a big outdoor concert venue later this afternoon. Busy day! Anyway, I did 1×30 at 323. No breaks. Just went at it. Felt great.

I did these inside. There were three efforts of 12 minutes and each 12 minute effort was broken into 4 minutes, 2 minutes, 4 minutes and 2 minutes. Four minute power was 310-320 and 2 minutes at 350-360. Power averages were: 316/351/317/349, 312/350/320/361, and 315/359/317/358.

I rode a marginal time trial tonight. I definitely felt the Monday evening strength class more than the century on Saturday. My glutes were sore last night. I didn’t really ride all that hard. Around the two mile mark I wondered why I was there as I didn’t really need this effort on the schedule.
