My second best of the year tonight and just 2 seconds off that time. Probably could have even taken another 5-10 seconds off but wasn’t too motivated after I passed the last of the three riders ahead of me at mile 6. Still power was pretty strong at 347.

Finally rode again yesterday after 5 days off the bike. Did some 8 and 10 minute steady state efforts at 318-320 just to get back into it. Headed out for a century today along the TART trail and M22 here in Traverse City.
