Did two sessions today, one late morning and another late afternoon. The morning was 1-2-3-4-5 minutes, one minute between and then 20 seconds on 10 off for five minutes x 10. The afternoon was a ladder of 30 seconds power jumps from 200-225-250-275-300-325-350 30 seconds each, recovery, then 5x1 minute on/off. Also did an hour of strength exercise from 7am-8am.
